6|1| WIDOW JANE MINE - CENTURY HOUSE, ROSENDALE, NY [6.14.15]
On Flag Day we made wild sounds down in the mine. The lush greens and humid air of a typical upstate New York summer were framed in the portals of The Widow Jane Mine - birds chirping in response, or not, to resonating bowls, guitars, fuzz tape loops, trombone, voice, and circuit bent toy pianos deep down in the dark. A great day, with friends new and old, and swimming after with bellies full of vegetables and ginger beer. Thanks to all who played (and listened): Phil, Paul, Justin, Willie, Dave, Natalie, Edgar, Trilby, Joe, and Mallory. A/V soon!
